    compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim
  • Payment should clear before 45 days of travel.
  • The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those
    services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the
    guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide
    that service or pay the cost for the same.
  • The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by
    the guest while taking the tour.
  • The company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any

  • All the disputes are subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
  • If the Company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural
    or unavoidable circumstances that interrupt the expected course of events, the clients
    will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations.

Payment Terms & Policies

  • 30K advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation
  • Balance amount to be paid before 45 days of tour start date
  • Payments done through debit or credit card will attract additional payment gateway
    charges of up to 3% depending upon the type of card.

Cancelation Policies

  • Prior to 45 days or more – 30% of tour cost
  • Between 45 and 30 days of departure – 50% of tour cost
  • Within 30 days of departure booking will be non refundable.
