At Galavant Global (GHCTM PRIVATE LIMITED), we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the general terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled. Please note that each package or service may have its own specific refund and cancellation terms, which will be shared with you at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@galavantglobal.com or communicated directly to our travel consultant.
The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written request.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be based on the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party service partners.
Each travel package may carry its own refund and cancellation rules (depending on airlines, hotels, visas, etc.).
These terms will be clearly mentioned in your Booking Confirmation / Invoice at the time of purchase.
Visa fees, insurance premiums, processing/consultation fees, and any taxes or charges already paid to suppliers are strictly non-refundable.
Any partial services not availed by the traveler (such as sightseeing tours, transfers, or meals) are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 to 15 working days after approval.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment (or another mutually agreed mode).
Galavant Global will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
If a traveler fails to show up for a confirmed service (flight, hotel, tour, etc.), no refund will be applicable.
In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, etc.), cancellation and refund will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
